MagNews ha pubblicato recentemente il Privacy e Permission Marketing online - Rapporto Italia 2009 realizzato da Human Highway nel quale si cerca di delineare un quadro aggiornato dei rapporti che gli internauti italiani hanno con i temi legati alla privacy ed al permission marketing, sia online che offline.

Con i partecipanti al sondaggio (sono 981) sono stati toccati vari temi che vanno dalle preoccupazioni rispetto al tracciamento dei dati personali alla loro consapevolezza e conoscenza delle leggi sulla privacy vigenti in Italia allo SPAM ed al rischio ad esso connesso nel compilare moduli online.
